After buying a book from us, find an identical, in-stock book for a lower price at another qualifying UK online retailer within 7 days of your purchase.

Send Us Proof
Email us at pricematch@foxandfablebooksellers.com. Use your order number as the subject line and include a direct link to the product on the competitor's website.
3.
Get Your Refund
Once we verify the price and availability, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. You keep the book and the savings!
The Fine Print: Eligibility Checklist
What's Covered
- Identical, new books (same ISBN and format).
- In-stock items at UK-based online retailers.
- The competitor's publicly advertised price.
What's Not Covered
- Marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, AbeBooks).
- Auction sites (e.g., eBay).
- Prices using vouchers, membership discounts, or store credit.
- Clearance, liquidation, or typographical errors.
- Delivery charges or other service fees.

How long do I have to make a price match claim?
You have 7 calendar days from the date of your purchase with us to submit a price match request.
What do you mean by an 'identical' book?
The book must have the same ISBN, be the same edition (e.g., paperback, hardcover), and be in new condition. It cannot be a used or second-hand copy.
What counts as a qualifying UK retailer?
This refers to any VAT-registered online book retailer that is based in and ships from within the United Kingdom. We do not match prices from marketplace sellers, auction sites, or retailers based outside the UK.
How long will my refund take to process?
Once your price match claim is approved, we will process the refund within two working days. Please note it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.
