Auctioneer Rilke is trying to maintain a respectable life while business at Bowery Auctions is slow. When his old friend Jojo provides him with a tip-off about a house clearance, it seems like a stroke of luck. However, Jojo is found dead the next day. The police are uninterested in investigating due to Jojo's lifestyle involving Grindr and drugs. Rilke feels compelled to uncover the truth behind Jojo's death, leading him into a dangerous search for answers that may challenge everything he believes in.
