Traitor in the Ice

In winter 1607, a man is murdered at Battle Abbey in Sussex, where suspicions of treachery linger. The Catholic Montague family attracts the attention of King James, who fears they are harbouring supporters of the Pope. Daniel Pursglove is tasked with infiltrating the abbey to uncover the truth behind the sinister atmosphere. As he navigates deception and danger within the household, Pursglove must unravel a web of loyalty and betrayal before it's too late.
